You can determine your t-shirt size using a simple method with a tape measure. Here's how:
✅ Step 1: Measure your chest size

Place a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing under your armpits.

Keep the tape measure horizontal and neither too tight nor too loose.

Note the measurement in centimeters.
