Grown under the generous sun of Halkidiki , black olives of the Kalamon variety (also called Kalamata) are known for their elongated shape , their melting flesh and their intense, vinous taste .
Prepared by the family company Vagio Agrofarms , these olives are selected at full maturity, then processed in three different ways to offer a unique palette of textures and aromas .
🌿 Three artisanal preparations to discover:
– Classic black olives (250 g) : mild, slightly salty, with a melting texture. Perfect for a Greek salad or to nibble on as an aperitif.
– Black olives in barrels (250 g) : matured in their own juice, they offer a naturally sweet taste, a soft, almost candied texture.
– Dehydrated black olives (250 g) : intensely fragrant, with a concentrated, almost woody taste. Ideal on focaccia or sliced in a refined dish.
