Grown under the generous sun of Chalkdiki , black olives of the Kalamon variety (also called Kalamata ) are known for their elongated shape , their melting flesh and their intense, vinous taste .
Prepared by the family company Vagio Agrofarms , these olives are selected at full maturity, then processed in three different ways to offer a unique palette of textures and aromas .

â Classic black olives (250 g) : mild, slightly salty, with a melting texture. Perfect for a Greek salad or to nibble on as an aperitif.
â Black olives in barrels (250 g) : Matured in their own juice, they reveal an intense taste, generous flesh and a soft, subtly salty texture.
â Dehydrated black olives (250 g) : intensely fragrant, with a concentrated, almost woody taste. Ideal on focaccia or sliced ââin a refined dish.
